HSBC Amanah is a highly specialised development programme designed to grow our talented Islamic Finance team, and continue our impressive growth in this niche area.
Specialist work, tailored training
This two-year programme starts with the core six-week Global Businesses Analyst induction, where you will meet and network with graduates from your entire analyst class. After this, you will then experience three six-month rotations in business areas aligned to Amanah, while receiving exposure to Sharia-related work and specialist technical training.
A truly global programme
This is a truly global rotation programme covering three different business areas, with international work at all points. You will work in three of the following business areas: Global Banking, Global Markets – Debt Capital Markets, Project and Export Finance, Global Private Banking, Global Asset Management, Corporate Banking, Retail Banking or Shariah Compliance.
International experience
Managed from Dubai as the 'home' country, you will rotate in at least one additional geographic location and have the opportunity to work in two different countries during your two-year programme. The majority of rotations will likely be in the Middle East and Asia-Pacific, including the UAE, Malaysia and Saudi Arabia.
To join the HSBC Amanah programme, you will need a proven interest in Islamic Finance and fluency in English and one other strategic language for the Amanah business: Arabic, Malay, Bengali or Bahasa.
